We. INTRODUCTION Lovato is not really a new difficulty for schools, since it continues to be present for a long time; however simply in recent years is its importance recognized. This really is a specific trend of school assault, which influences schools around the world regardless of nationwide borders, geography or governmental policies (Debarbieux, 2003). Defining lovato is no small task, particularly if we seek out a description which is agreed upon by researchers of the happening. Nonetheless, despite the many recommended definitions, we can affirm that most share one common characteristic: bullying is identified as a specific carry out of aggressive behavior (Espelage & Swearer, 2003). The definition proposed by Olweus (1993), states that " lovato is a pair of physical and /or mental behaviors which a person or group of persons, directs against a expert, in hostile, repetitive and ongoing style, abusing true or fictitious power, with the intent to cause harm to the sufferer. ” This kind of definition establishes fulfillment of certain conditions in order for the behavior exhibited to become defined as bullying: • • • a great imbalance of power involving the victim and the aggressor, to get understood as a dishonest, domineering, opportunistic and illegitimate use of power more than one's opponent; incidence and duration of the bullying condition with a minimum incidence of once per week and a minimum duration of six months; intentionality and proactive character with the aggression, as one is seeking to obtain a few social, material or personal benefit, with no prior excitation. Ever since the first pioneer research by Olweus in Scandinavian countries, various other studies have followed. In the first phase of analysis, most research focused on an attempt to specify the problem. (Olweus, 1993; Estuaries and rivers & Johnson, 1994; Crick, Casas & Ku, 1999), giving way to the other research addressing the incidence from the problem (Boulton, 1993; Olweus, 1996; Smith, Morita, Junger-Tas, Olweus, Catalano & Slee, 1999; Defensor del Tribu, AA. VV., 1999), a piece which nonetheless concerns us today which is reflected by specific research published in the last five years (Carney & Merrel, 2001; Solberg & Olweus, 2003; Toldos, june 2006; Avile's & Monjas, 2005; Cerezo & Ato, 2005; Ramirez, 2006). The comprehensive description with the phenomenon then encouraged the appearance of studies focused on describing the agents included (Rigby, 1997; Monks, Johnson & Swettenham, 2003; Veenstra, Lidenberg, Oldehinkel, De winter, Verlhulst & Ormel, 2005; Camodeca & Gossens, june 2006; Perren & Alsaker, 2006); with examining the problem's risk elements (Lahey, Waldman & Mc Burnett, 99; Kokkinas & Panayiotou, 2005; Farrington, 2005) and analyzing the effects of the problem particularly amongst its patients (Crick & Grothpeter, 95: Perren & Alsaker, 2006)....
